Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians

We're looking for a skilled and self-sufficient Maintenance Technician with a Boiler License and the ability to work independently on-site. This role is perfect for candidates with well-rounded experience in apartment, property, or building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Repair and install appliances (dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, washer/dryers)
• Handle light plumbing and electrical work
• Change or repair locks, light bulbs, and other common fixtures
• Perform exterior/interior painting, caulking, and drywall repairs
• Maintain grounds, breezeways, and parking lots (pressure washing, leaf blowing, etc.)
• Operate and maintain boiler systems as needed

Job Requirements:

• Boiler License – REQUIRED
• Ability to work alone and manage tasks independently
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Basic hand tools required (power tools a plus!)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach
• Strong reliability and work ethic

Pay Range: $20–$22/hr, based on location and experience.
