New Opportunity: Bilingual Maintenance Lead (No Certification Required)

We are seeking a non-certified Bilingual Maintenance Lead to support a team at a growing community. No supervisory experience required, though it is a plus.

In this role, you will assist two Spanish-speaking Maintenance Technicians by helping them with communication and translation. The focus will be primarily on completing work orders and unit turns. You will alternate On-Call duties and should be ready to start immediately.

Pay Range: $22–$25/hr., based on experience.

Maintenance Job Duties

• Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
• Light plumbing & electrical experience preferred
• Change/repair light bulbs, locks
• Install and repair appliances
• Interior and exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots

Maintenance Job Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Must be able to assist with on-site communication/translation
• Have dependable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to take direction
• Own a set of basic hand tools (ex – screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and residents
