Maintenance Technician | West Chester, PA 19382

Greystar is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in West Chester, PA.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Position Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and carry 90-100 lbs
• Willingness to assist with early morning trash removal and grounds support
• Reliable transportation and a dependable phone for communication
• Previous maintenance experience or general maintenance knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toed boots are required
• Wear weather-appropriate, professional work attire
• Plain shirts preferred
• No political, offensive, or inappropriate clothing permitted
