Experienced Property Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46214

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving multifamily apartment community in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who excels at resident relations, team leadership, property operations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily property operations and supervise onsite staff
• Manage leasing activities, lease renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and community standards
• Prepare financial reports, monitor property budgets, and track operational performance
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services
• Maintain accurate resident files, records, and property documentation
• Support marketing initiatives designed to increase traffic, occupancy, and resident retention
• Assist in achieving and maintaining occupancy and revenue goals
• Foster a positive and professional community environment

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required
• Strong understanding of multifamily property operations and resident management
• Experience managing onsite teams and day-to-day property activities
• Knowledge of property management software required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets, reports, and financial performance metrics
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Reliable transportation required
