As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, sales-minded, and committed to creating a positive resident experience while helping the community maintain strong occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct community and apartment tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, and community policies.
• Process rental applications and complete leasing paperwork accurately.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of leasing activity.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Support community marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community positively at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Professional demeanor and business attire required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
