BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic apartment community in Bridgewater, MA 02324. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping residents, building relationships, and creating exceptional living experiences.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess prior leasing experience, and have the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse resident and prospect population. Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide professional, engaging property tours.
• Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish, ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Process applications, lease renewals, notices, resident documentation, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized resident files and ensure all records are current and compliant.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and manage leasing leads to maximize occupancy.
• Support community marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist the onsite management team with daily office operations and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism while representing the community and BG Staffing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience is required.
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with property management software is required.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy leasing office.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the onsite team.
