Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

On-Call Rotation: Every 4th Week

Position Overview

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with apartment turns, and ensuring the overall appearance and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance throughout the property
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and repair common electrical issues
• Perform appliance troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete carpentry repairs, drywall patching, painting, and general upkeep
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations to ensure units are move-in ready
• Help maintain the overall curb appeal and appearance of the community
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Participate in the property's on-call rotation every fourth week

Qualifications

Required

• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions and repair procedures
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and materials

• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
