Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join a multifamily apartment community in College Station, TX. This is a part-time opportunity with a property that is looking for a long-term team member. For the right candidate, this position may transition into a full-time role.

As a Groundskeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community while helping create a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property grounds.
• Clean breezeways, walkways, parking areas, and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the community.
• Clean and maintain amenity areas, dumpster enclosures, and exterior building areas.
• Assist with landscaping tasks, including upkeep of flower beds, shrubs, and grass areas.
• Support the maintenance team with miscellaneous property projects as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain equipment properly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

✅ Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment maintenance experience preferred

✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

✅ Ability to take direction and work independently

✅ Professional and courteous attitude

✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
