BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Keller, TX 76224. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who is looking for a long-term career opportunity and can effectively oversee maintenance operations while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Position Details

• Role: Maintenance Supervisor
• Location: Keller, TX 76224
• Pay: $24/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations
• Assign and oversee service requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Ensure community grounds, amenities, and common areas are well maintained
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Support and mentor maintenance team members
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly
• Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed

Requirements

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance operations
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with daily maintenance tasks
• Experience managing work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and resident service skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Must be interested in a long-term Contract-to-Hire opportunity
• Ready to start ASAP
