Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper (Porter) to support an apartment community in Fort Worth, TX near Haslet. We are looking for a motivated team player who can work independently, stay productive throughout the day, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with general property tasks
• Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and completing light clean-up
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and inviting for residents and guests
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Work independently while collaborating with the onsite team as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player who works well with maintenance and management staff
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay productive throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining property appearance
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, walking, and prolonged standing
