Position Details

• Location: College Station, TX 77840
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, some weekends required
• Employment Type: Contract and Contract-to-Hire Opportunities
• Start Date: Immediate Openings Available

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process
• Build rapport with prospects and help drive occupancy goals
• Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and resident paperwork
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage leasing inquiries
• Assist with resident retention, marketing, and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
• Support daily office operations while creating a welcoming, professional environment

Required Qualifications

• Previous Apartment Leasing Experience Required
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends as needed
