🕒 Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Property Manager to support a community inColumbia City. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, managing daily property operations, and helping maintain a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
• Manage daily office operations and resident inquiries
• Accept rent payments and provide excellent customer service
• Process and track maintenance work orders
• Assist with leasing activities and resident communications
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Support multiple smaller properties as needed throughout the Fort Wayne area
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC, HUD, or similar) is a plus
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation for travel between local properties

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including resident traffic, rent collections, work order intake, and general administrative support. Candidates with affordable housing leasing or recertification experience are highly encouraged to apply.
