Leasing Consultant – Odessa, TX

Pay: $17-18/hr

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Odessa, TX

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and outgoing Leasing Consultant to join a multifamily community in Odessa, TX!

If you're friendly, organized, comfortable talking with prospective residents, and know your way around a leasing office, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents and provide community tours
• Answer questions about available apartments, pricing, and community amenities
• Process applications and prepare leasing documentation
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident communication
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Assist with marketing, follow-ups, and community outreach
• Support the onsite team with daily leasing and office operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic computer programs and property management software
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy leasing office
• Reliable transportation
