Now Hiring: Experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX 75216

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support a multifamily apartment community in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills and be comfortable assisting residents and prospects in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours
• Assist residents and prospects in English and Spanish
• Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and records
• Conduct prospect follow-ups and assist with marketing and lead management
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support the onsite team with daily office operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience with property management software required
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations required
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and personable approach when interacting with residents and prospects
