We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven leader to oversee a 101-unit townhome community. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the property, strengthen day-to-day operations and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate is confident in both leasing and property operations, understands how maintenance affects resident retention and enjoys turning challenges into measurable results.


What You’ll Own

  • Lead the daily operations of a 101-unit townhome community
  • Manage the full leasing cycle, from lead follow-up and tours through lease execution
  • Drive occupancy, leasing activity and property revenue
  • Deliver a high level of service to current and prospective residents
  • Maintain accurate leasing, resident and maintenance records in AppFolio
  • Reduce delinquency through consistent follow-up and effective collection practices
  • Monitor leads, tours, applications, renewals and leasing results
  • Partner closely with maintenance to ensure service requests and unit turns are completed on time
  • Conduct regular property walks and maintain strong curb appeal
  • Build productive relationships with vendors and oversee service quality
  • Track warranty requests involving major systems and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies

What We’re Looking For

  • At least five years of multifamily property management experience
  • At least one year of hands-on AppFolio experience required
  • Proven success with leasing, sales and closing
  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations and unit turns
  • Experience improving occupancy and collections
  • Confident leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent resident, vendor and team communication
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
