Porter – Celina, TX 75009

Start Date: 9/17

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: 2–5 days per week

Job Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
• Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks
• Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and completing light cleaning
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications: Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, porter, or general labor experience preferred. Must be dependable and able to perform physical outdoor work.
