Porter / Groundskeeper – Aubrey, TX 76227

We are seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to assist with the overall cleanliness and appearance of an apartment community in Aubrey, TX 76227.

Job Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
• Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior areas as needed
• Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks
• Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and completing light cleaning

Ideal Candidate: Dependable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to work independently. Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, apartment maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred.
