Position Overview

As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable for employees, visitors, and tenants. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property.

Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive environment by keeping common areas, restrooms, offices, and other facility spaces clean and properly maintained.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Full-Time Position
• No weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and breakrooms
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways
• Maintain floors through routine cleaning and upkeep
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
