Operations Manager – Property Management

We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential property management office. This role is ideal for someone with strong multifamily experience who enjoys resident relations, compliance, reporting, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support Property Managers, Resident Managers, and Leasing teams with daily operations
• Manage resident relations, notices, lease renewals, and rent increase communications
• Prepare availability, traffic, renewal, and property reports
• Manage online listings through Zillow and Apartments.com
• Coordinate annual Section 8 renewals
• Prepare required property registrations, licenses, and compliance reports
• Assist with inspections and other state/local housing requirements
• Oversee front-office operations and supervise one team member
• Maintain accurate property, resident, and office records
• Assist leadership with special projects and administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous multifamily or residential property management experience
• Experience with leasing, renewals, resident relations, and property reporting
• Section 8 or affordable housing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and compliance
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
