Leasing Consultant  

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information  

Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records  

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication  

Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach  

Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process  

Previous leasing experience required 

Experience using basic computer and property management software

Tax Credit, HUD, LHITC experience needed
