Assistant Manager  

• Assist the Property Manager  
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards  
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation  
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals  
• Address resident concerns 
• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required  
• Ability to manage resident needs effectively  
• Knowledge of property management software required 
• Tax Credit, LHITC, HUD experience needed
