BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable, professional, and career-minded Maintenance Technician to join a close-knit apartment community team. Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Consistent daytime schedule

Position Overview

In this role, you will assist with light maintenance service requests, support apartment turns, and help maintain a welcoming community environment for residents. Our team is tight-knit, supportive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

This community is home to many senior residents, so patience, kindness, and professionalism are essential. Residents value attentive service and communication, and the ideal candidate understands the importance of creating positive resident experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Complete light maintenance service requests in a timely manner
• Assist with unit turns and apartment preparation
• Support the maintenance team with daily property upkeep
• Address resident concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Help ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained
• Work collaboratively with office and maintenance staff
