BG Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Warrington, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, customer service, and building strong relationships within a residential community.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• One weekday off during the week
• Weekend availability is required

Important: Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the property. Due to previous challenges with long commutes impacting assignment completion, we are specifically seeking local candidates who can reliably commute to the community.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents while supporting the day-to-day operations of the community. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for showcasing apartment homes, assisting prospects through the leasing process, supporting resident retention efforts, and helping maintain occupancy goals for the property.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales

• Qualify prospective residents and identify housing needs.
• Conduct apartment tours and professionally demonstrate community features and amenities.
• Effectively market and lease available apartment homes.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio and meet leasing goals.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation accurately.

Prospect & Resident Relations

• Conduct follow-up calls with prospects and document all traffic and leasing activities.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Administrative Duties

• Enter and manage work orders within the property management system.
• Assist with monitoring rent schedules and leasing reports.
• Conduct regular market surveys to evaluate competitive properties and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Community Operations

• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts designed to increase community visibility.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes of Warrington, PA.
