What You'll Do
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and overall resident experience. Responsibilities include:
- Performing apartment make-ready turns to company standards
- Completing general maintenance repairs and work orders
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Performing preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Addressing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair needs
- Maintaining common areas, amenities, and building systems
- Ensuring all completed work is safe, accurate, and high quality
- Assisting with emergency maintenance needs as required
- Following all safety regulations and company procedures
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:
✅ EPA Certification
✅ HVAC Certification and hands-on troubleshooting experience
✅ Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily maintenance experience
✅ Strong make-ready and unit turn experience
✅ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
