Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to support an apartment community in Lewisville, TX 75077. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance work and exceptional service to residents.

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance items as needed.
• Assist with unit turns and ensure apartment homes are move-in ready.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while responding to resident maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Repair appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and carpentry items.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance and HVAC experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
