Make Ready Technician – Property Management - IRVING, TX 75039

Location: Irving, TX 75039

Pay: $18–$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to join our property management team in Irving, TX. This role ensures our apartment homes are clean, functional, and move‑in ready — and also supports the community by completing maintenance work orders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete make‑ready turns, including cleaning, painting, repairs, and general maintenance
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders promptly and professionally
• Inspect units and report needed repairs or safety issues
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

• Experience in apartment make‑ready or general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic work orders
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
