BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to support an apartment community in Farmers Branch, TX 75254. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean community, and is ready to support the onsite maintenance team.

Job Description

• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds and common areas.
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property.
• Assist with light groundskeeping and exterior upkeep.
• Help prepare vacant units with basic cleaning as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with general property tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and maintain dumpster areas.
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots, and amenities.
• Assist with light landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Power wash common areas as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Required Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and prolonged walking.
