Pay: $22/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday (Schedule TBD)

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support an apartment community in Dallas, TX 75231. This position is ideal for a technician with strong HVAC and extensive plumbing experience who enjoys providing quality maintenance and exceptional resident service.

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including troubleshooting leaks, fixtures, drains, and water lines.
• Assist with general apartment maintenance as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform a high volume of plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong plumbing experience is required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing issues independently.
• Reliable, professional, and customer service oriented.
