Position Details

• Role: Leasing Consultant
• Location: Neptune City, NJ 07753
• Pay: $22/hr.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM–6PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
• Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Yardi/Yardi CRM experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
