Now Hiring: HVAC Technician – Lewisville, TX 75067

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support a 390-unit apartment community in Lewisville, TX 75067. This is a great opportunity for a technician with strong HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance experience who is looking for long-term employment.

Job Description

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and household appliances.
• Primary focus will be washer and dryer troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform light to moderate plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Support the onsite maintenance team with general property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair washers, dryers, and other household appliances.
• Perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete light to moderate plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Extensive appliance repair experience, especially washers and dryers.
• Light to moderate electrical, plumbing, and carpentry experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, professional, and customer service oriented.

Additional Information

• This community has 390 units.
• HVAC units are located on the rooftops. Candidates will not be servicing rooftop A/C units until hired permanently.
• Once hired by the property, technicians will rotate on-call with the Lead Maintenance Supervisor.
• Expected pay upon permanent hire: $26–$28/hr.
