Position Details

·        Role: Groundskeeper

·        Location: Conroe, TX 77303

·        Pay: $16-$17/hr

·        Schedule: M-Fr, 8-5

·        Start Date: Immediately

·        Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

·        Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas

·        Remove trash and debris from the property

·        Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep

·        Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed

·        Support the maintenance team with basic tasks

·        Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning

·        Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors

Requirements

·        Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

·        Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

·        Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

·        Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

·        Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
