Amenity Attendant – Apartment Community

Location: Irving, TX 75039

Schedule: Seasonal / Part‑Time

Pay: $16-$17

Position Overview

Our apartment community is seeking a reliable and friendly Amenity Attendant to help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents. This is not a lifeguard position. The primary responsibility is to monitor three gated entrances and one pool area to ensure that only residents and their approved guests access the amenities.

A clipboard and check‑in materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 3 gates and the pool area to verify resident and guest access
• Check amenity passes, IDs, or resident lists as needed
• Maintain a daily log of visitors, usage, and any incidents
• Greet residents and guests with a professional, customer‑service–focused attitude
• Enforce community rules respectfully and consistently
• Report rule violations, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to property management
• Keep the pool deck tidy (straighten chairs, pick up small debris, etc.)
• Stay attentive and visible throughout the shift
