Make Ready Technician – Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Pay - $20/hour 

Schedule: Day shift (schedule may vary based on property needs)

Join a busy community where you'll help prepare apartments for new residents and support daily maintenance needs. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone experienced in general repairs, unit turns, and fast‑paced property operations. 

Job Description 

• Complete unit turns and make‑ready tasks 

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs 

• Install hardware and troubleshoot appliances 

• Contract or Contract to Hire 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare units for move‑ins through cleaning, repairs, and touch‑ups 
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks 
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and basic components 
• Maintain safe work practices and proper tool use 
• Communicate progress with onsite staff 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician 
• General maintenance skills including: 
• Basic electrical 
• Basic plumbing 
• Carpentry/hardware installation 
• Appliance troubleshooting 
• Must have own tools 
• Ability to use hand and power tools 
• Ability to perform physical labor
