Pay: $18/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Mebane, NC (27302). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and ensuring the property looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for move‑in
• Perform basic repairs: painting, patching, minor plumbing, and minor electrical
• Install or repair appliances as needed
• Ensure units meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assist maintenance team with work orders when required
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and use basic tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
