Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Assist with leasing, applications, and move‑in processes
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and lead follow‑up
• Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests

Requirements

• Previous leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Professional, outgoing, and reliable
• Strong communication and sales abilities
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service mindset
