Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Tyngsborough, MA 01879

BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Tyngsborough, MA. This is a great position for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality living environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes
• Diagnose and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work as needed
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are well-maintained
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
