Multi-Site Groundskeeper

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Multi-Site Groundskeeper to support apartment communities in Kansas City and Gladstone, MO. This position requires traveling between communities to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property.
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal exterior maintenance.
• Perform power washing of sidewalks, breezeways, and other exterior surfaces as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with general labor and property upkeep.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning.
• Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean community.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist the onsite maintenance team.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.
