Certified Maintenance Technician – Garner, NC 27615

Pay: $22–$23/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Garner, NC (27615). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, solves problems efficiently, and provides excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer‑service abilities
