Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) – Greenville, SC 29617

Pay: $22/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a professional and highly organized Property Manager to support an apartment community in Greenville, SC (29617). This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage daily property operations. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to better support a diverse resident community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth community management
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident communication
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with property policies and housing regulations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and onsite staff
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Support inspections, audits, and community upkeep

Requirements

• Previous Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing, compliance, and basic property accounting
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
