Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Property Management

Location: Houston, TX

Job Type: Monday through friday

Compensation: $18 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. In this role, you’ll help prospective residents find their new home, support current residents with exceptional service, and assist with daily office operations. Your bilingual skills will help create a welcoming experience for a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Respond to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries in both languages
• Assist applicants with leasing paperwork, applications, and screening requirements
• Maintain accurate records, files, and daily leasing reports
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and outreach
• Build strong relationships with residents and promote renewals
• Assist with resident events and general office tasks
• Ensure the leasing office remains clean, organized, and inviting

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish preferred, but all languages welcome)
• 1+ year of leasing experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, outgoing, and customer‑focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Yardi, RealPage, or similar software a plus)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
