Pay: $23/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Spring Hill, TN (37174). This role is ideal for someone who can handle daily repairs, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
