Pay: $24/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Spring Hill, TN (37174). This role is ideal for a maintenance professional who can handle daily repairs, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
• CPO certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
