Pool Monitor – Property Management Sherman, TX 75092

Pay: $16-$17/hr | Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are hiring a reliable and attentive Pool Monitor to help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for our residents. This position does not require lifeguard certification and does not involve water‑rescue duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area to ensure residents follow posted rules
• Greet residents and verify pool access when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
• Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or maintenance needs
• Enforce community policies in a professional and respectful manner
• Assist with organizing or straightening pool furniture as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable enforcing rules and addressing concerns
• Prior pool monitor or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
