🧹 Porter — Property Management (Dallas, TX 75217)

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full‑Time

Status: Property Management | On‑Site

We’re looking for a dependable Porter to support daily operations for a busy property management team in Dallas, TX. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the community’s buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, laundry rooms, and building exteriors
• Remove trash and debris; keep dumpster and trash chute areas clean and organized
• Perform groundskeeping tasks including litter removal, sweeping, and basic landscaping support
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units as needed
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and property damage
• Work independently while maintaining a steady, reliable pace

Requirements

• 1+ year of porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment
