Porter / Groundskeeper - Property Management

Location: Inland Empire, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are a resident‑focused property management company serving communities throughout the Inland Empire. Our team is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive properties. We’re looking for a dependable Porter who takes pride in their work and helps create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, walkways, parking lots, and common areas
• Perform daily trash pickup, dumpster checks, and debris removal
• Clean and maintain amenities such as the pool area, laundry rooms, and leasing office
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, cleaning windows, and minor touch‑ups
• Power wash walkways and maintain curb appeal
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs
• Support make‑ready and maintenance teams when needed

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team
