Assistant Maintenance / Make‑Ready Technician - Property Management

Location: Denver, CO 80224

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Complete make‑ready tasks including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and unit punch‑list items
• Assist with general maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Perform basic work orders and respond to resident service requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, tools, and inventory
• Support lead maintenance staff with preventative maintenance and special projects
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and property quality expectations
• Report needed repairs, safety hazards, and supply needs promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, make‑ready, construction, or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
