Leasing Consultant – Wilmington, NC 28403

Pay: $17/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM + 1 Weekend/Month

BG Staffing is seeking a professional, reliable Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Wilmington, NC (28403). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced leasing environment, and brings strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Process applications, renewals, and move‑ins
• Respond to inquiries, answer phones, and maintain strong communication
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident engagement
• Support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service
• Work one weekend per month as part of the rotation

Requirements

• Leasing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Entrata software is preferred
• Polished, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable working in a resident‑facing, fast‑paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
