BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Galloway, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping properties well-maintained and move-in ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the property
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must have basic tools and transportation
