Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Columbus, OH. This role is perfect for a dependable, hands-on professional with strong maintenance skills and apartment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Perform apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must have basic tools and transportation
