About the Role

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining property conditions, completing service requests, and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment. Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry and drywall
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Assist with unit turns / make-ready process
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and property grounds
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and property guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or related trades
• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance (HVAC experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
